This thesis explores the transformative potential of glass by experimenting with its aesthetic and functional capabilities to enhance both the form and function of the building. The design aims to establish an iconic urban landmark that integrates seamlessly into Chandigarh’s urban fabric while standing as a defining feature of the city.
